9-18h. Arrival and installation (park place stadium “Reino de León” 42°35'10.4"N 5°34'37.8"W)

RECEPTION - Collect of the solidarity aid (food). Documents and identification, LEON PASS, necessary for the 2 guided visits (by groups order) Tuesday 11/4 starting 9h. (dowtown)

TUESDAY APRIL 11

IMPORTANT: Respect the scheduled visits by group (reservations for the 40 EUROCC 2017 participants)

9h. Starting visit-downtown(groups order)Museo San Isidoro (LEONPASS)

9h. Starting of visit - downtown (by groups order) Historic León with turistic train (LEON PASS)

16h. STARTING OPENING CEREMONY 40 EUROCC 2017 LEÓN with the Authorities (Palacio de los Deportes, next to the park place)

17h. Welcome drink (Palacio de los Deportes)

WEDNESDAY APRIL 12

9h. Departure by bus (by groups order) CUEVA DE VALPORQUERO (recommendation to take your lunch) free visit of the town (LEONPASS)

GALA DINNER : 19h. Departure from the park place to Hostal San Marcos (UNESCO monument) -19.30h. Special welcome before entrance- typical songs with the TUNA DE LEÓN -20.45h. Gala Dinner with direct music animation.

THURSDAY APRIL 13 (holiday)

9-11h Accompanied bike/walk circuit along the river

Processions and free visit of the town (LEON PASS)

“LEÓN NIGHT” – SOLIDARITY LOTTERY (park place)

19h. León folk dances exhibition by the group XEITU

20.15h. Typical Holy Week garlic soup

FRIDAY APRIL 14 (main day of processions)

Surprise wake up

Free day to enjoy the city and the processions (day and night)

Starting 18h.. falcons exhibition-spectacle (park place)

SATURDAY APRIL 15

9h.Holiday wake up – breakfast - hot chocolate with “churros” (parking)

Free day – possibility to visit the cathedral (9.30-19.30h)

21h. Disco evening - dancing (parking)

10h. STARTING OF THE CLUBS PARADE (parking)
